This was my first "real" guitar.  I though it was about time to upgrade again, the Strat just wasn't cuttin' it.  Purchase from the only TRUE guitar store in Denver, Drum City Guitar Land . Being the big fan of Metallica, this one caught my eye as the low end version of Hammett's ESP. I quickly pulled out the cheesy stock ESP pickups and replaced them with, yup, you guessed it, Zakk EMG 181/185 actives.
